优选Cloudflare最快IP

套 CF 保命的时候总会遇到网速不快的问题，经实践，可以更换由 CF 提供的默认 IP 来达到提速的目的。

以上是根据 CF 提供的 CIDR 地址解析出单个 IP 并放到文件中。

由于我用的 Windows 10 所以就没写 shell 脚本，写了个 PowerShell 脚本【注：需要要7.0 以上版本才能运行这个脚本，因为开启了多线程】。

以下就是 PowerShell 脚本，作用是得出上面的 IP 中的 PING 值。
