英国金融时报报道，2009年，俄罗斯石油同中石油签署了为期20年，每年向中国供应1500万吨原油的合同。

　　历届6月，中俄签订史无前例的大宗合同，俄方将在25年内向中国增供3.6亿吨原油（每年1440万吨），按照目前的油价，合同总价值达到2700亿美元。据俄罗斯媒体报道，中方将为这笔交易支付预付款——大约650至670亿美元，可以缓解俄油的负债率，并建立相应管道。



俄的GDP主要基于能源出口，而花销基本上在军工上，保护自己的能源管道以及出口线路，如果减产意味着民生问题无限放大，所以他们不会妥协。对于CN，石油一直非常匮乏，主要依靠俄熊出口，其次就是伊朗通过巴基斯坦管道进来，现在原油作为丙烯原材料，直接会影响到后续口罩生产，所以需求量非常大。
